Pulse points are located at the bottom of your throat, behind your ear, inside your elbow, on your wrist, and behind your knee. If wearing short pants or shirts, lightly spray onto exposed skin, avoiding eyes and mucous membranes. Shake well before use. Reapply every 2 hours or as often as needed.
